Sales

• Act as the primary point of contact and own the day-to-day account relationship for multiple named OEM/Prime accounts.
• Manage the complete near-term sales cycle for OEM / Primes, from receiving an RFQ to closing the sale, and expand sales opportunities for recurring orders.
• "Hunt" for new opportunities for Silvus insertion within named OEM / Prime accounts. Actively identify new OEM / Prime products (unmanned, C2, etc.) and establish Silvus as the go-to communications solution.
• Establish and maintain strong technical and business relationships with engineers, program managers, and procurement officers at OEM / Prime companies.
• Contribute to building a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities. Regularly update the CRM database with a forecast of opportunities from OEM / Primes.
• Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of our MIMO solutions to serve as a trusted advisor to partner engineering teams.
• Stay updated on trends, changes, and competitor actions in the market that may impact the company's positioning. This includes setting and meeting an annual target for new business to support our growth in the Unmanned systems market.
• Foster a customer-centric approach in all dealings. Promptly address any customer concerns or complaints and use feedback to suggest improvements.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, experiments, and customer events as needed to support sales development.
• Travel Requirements: 1 - 2 weeks per month.

Director of Sales, OEM/Prime Partners

Business Development Rep

• Identify strategic alliances, teammates, and partners for key pursuit opportunities. Continue those relationships through contract award and program execution.
• Capture new government and military business opportunities that complement and grow our existing diverse military product portfolio.
• Conduct customer engagement and customer call planning with the purpose of establishing critical trust with senior leaders in program offices or with prime contractors.
• Participate in relevant trade shows, industry days, and seminars to stay abreast of customer strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Serve as the primary face for the customer during program execution and work internally within the company to ensure timely and successful delivery to customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
• Travel Requirements – required to facilitate strong customer engagement.

Director of Business Development

• Sales Management: Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with the company's strategic objectives. Responsible for not only initiating customer interaction but also guiding the final sales and ensuring successful follow-up.
• Business Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army Identify new programs, market segments, and opportunities that build on the company’s core MIMO solutions.
• Event Support: Participate in trade shows, conferences, Army experiments and exercises, and customer events to support sales development.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, changes, and competitor actions that may impact the company's positioning. This includes setting and meeting an annual target for new business to support growth in the US Army market.
• Pipeline Management: Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Regularly update the CRM database with a forecast of opportunities to help inform key business decisions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our MIMO solutions. This knowledge will help effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to customers and prospects.
• Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric approach in all dealings. Promptly address any customer concerns or complaints and use feedback to provide improvements.
• Travel Requirements - up to 50%, subject to business needs.

Director of Sales

Operations

• Lead, grow, and evolve the people, processes, and technologies of the Sales Enablement organization, including Proposal & Capture Management, Sales Operations, sales opportunity tracking & reporting, Price Support processes, Sales Administration, and Sales Development (SDRs).
• Design, document, and implement standardized, efficient, and scalable processes across the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to proposal submission and post-sale administration.
• Systematically identify and eliminate administrative burdens on the sales team, equipping them with the content, tools, and support necessary to increase win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
• Partner closely with the VPs of North America and International, sales leaders, and the executive team to ensure the Sales Enablement strategy is tightly aligned with overall company objectives.
• Oversee the sales technology stack, including the CRM, to ensure data integrity, generate forecasts, and deliver actionable insights and analytics to the GTM organization.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Sales Enablement function, demonstrating a clear return on investment through improved sales efficiency and revenue growth.
• Travel Requirement - infrequent travel only; possibly for team coordination and to attend corporate events.

Senior Director of Sales Operations

• Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the United States Navy (USN) market.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development.
• Stay updated on market trends, changes, and competitor actions that may impact the company's positioning.

• Foster a customer-centric approach in all dealings.

Sales Operations Manager

• Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales organization.
• Manage the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to ensure execution at the highest level.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of Sales, USA, Territory Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, and other teams for seamless customer engagement.
• Provide process guidance, coaching, and reinforcement to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Monitor ISR performance metrics and implement targeted improvements.
• Align ISR and Sales Director activities across Domestic Sales verticals.

Sales Enablement Manager

Administration

• Support the company's contracts function in managing government and other contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including government, commercial, and subcontractor contracts.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS, export control, intellectual property, and other regulations to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Review new contracts, modifications, and subcontracts for accuracy and flag compliance and business risks.
• Interpret complex contractual terms and provide clear guidance and recommendations for internal teams.
• Act as a point of contact with customers and subcontractors on contract matters; partner with sales and compliance teams.
• Maintain contract files, databases, and compliance logs to ensure records are accurate, complete, and audit ready.
• Assist with contract closeout activities and improve processes.
• Report to the Director of Legal with dotted line reporting to the Contracts Manager.
• Travel to the LA office as needed to ensure alignment and efficient operation within the overall team.
