• As the Marketing & Member Engagement Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving Silvur Insurance awareness, generating agency leads, and supporting agency client retention efforts. A large part of your role –and ultimately, your success– will involve leveraging and collaborating with our credit union partners to reach and support the right members at the right time with the right message.
• You’ll serve as the lead on all Silvur Insurance acquisition and retention marketing efforts—owning the multi-channel marketing strategy, while also being responsible for campaign content, execution, optimization, and reporting, as well necessary coordination with the marketing teams at our credit union partners. This role will directly impact how effectively we engage members around Medicare and convert education into measurable results for Silvur Insurance
• Cross-Channel Marketing Campaign Strategy, Execution, & Optimization
• Manage strategy and calendar for multi-channel marketing campaigns across credit unions (Channels include email, print, direct mail, paid media, events, SMS/app push notifications, referral, and more)
• Oversee message testing, execution, and performance tracking, optimizing campaigns as needed to improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
• Align content and cadence with each credit union's internal marketing efforts
• Content Creation & Management
• Develop all campaign content including email templates, social posts, digital assets, print materials, signage, web content, and more (Design is outsourced)
• Ensure all assets are Medicare-compliant and member-friendly
• Deliver assets to each partner as needed and oversee review/approval process with partner marketing teams
• Performance Dashboard & Reporting
• Track KPIs for campaigns across marketing funnel, including acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Monitor channel-level performance, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, to inform optimization and budget decisions
• Deliver monthly insights and strategic recommendations based on performance data and partner feedback
• Credit Union Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison to credit union marketing leads
• Customize outreach strategies for each partner’s preferred marketing channels
• Support co-branded messaging and share Medicare best practices

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and serve as a trusted advisor to financial institutions looking to enhance their retirement offerings.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to close, converting new credit union partners into long-term Silvur clients.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline by proactively sourcing new leads and nurturing inbound interest.
• Travel up to 50% to attend conferences, trade shows, and client meetings—representing Silvur with professionalism and purpose.
• Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Deliver compelling product demos and proposals, working closely with leadership and marketing to align messaging with partner goals.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM, including activity logs, forecasts, and account updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term partner success.
• Share insights from the field to help refine our go-to-market strategy and improve offerings.

Sales Executive

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries
• Accurately process and track commission payments, particularly for Medicare insurance agents or related sales roles
• Administer employee payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Maintain payroll and commission records; collaborate with HR and sales departments for compensation reporting
• Prepare and review financial reports and ensure records are audit-ready
• Support the company audit process, including preparing documentation and working with external auditors
• Ensure financial practices align with GAAP and internal policies
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare financial accounting for commercial partners
• Build financial accounting framework for holding company subsidiary
• Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting

Our agents are deeply rooted in the communities they serve—both locally and within the credit union network—delivering support through in-branch appointments, local seminars, virtual meetings, and educational webinars.
• We help members turning 65 navigate Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage options, and provide ongoing support during AEP for those enrolled in Medicare Advantage and Part D plans.

• Provide excellent member service aligned with Silvur and credit union objectives.
• Identify risk management strategies and sales opportunities for Medicare products.
• Engage with members through referrals, develop new client relationships, and manage existing relationships.
• Collaborate with wealth management advisors to provide strategic financial planning tailored to members' goals.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Medicare insurance product offerings.
• Conduct periodic client reviews and service existing clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
• Maintain client records consistent with federal/state regulations and carrier policies.
• Refer members to credit union deposit and loan products as appropriate.
• Mentor new agents as requested.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend member risk management strategies.
• Stay current on licenses and certifications, completing annual continuing education.
• Exhibit self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Travel periodically for training and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
