About the role

  • CRM Optimization and Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain robust HubSpot dashboards that provide clear, real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
  • Light Email Automation: Implement and manage light email automation sequences within HubSpot to support sales outreach and nurturing efforts, ensuring effective communication with prospects and clients.
  • Sales Pipeline and Activity Visibility: Establish a clear, actionable sales pipeline within HubSpot and create visibility into sales representative activity and sales progression.
  • Target List Development & Management: Develop and manage a Top 50, Top 30, and Top 10 target list of high-potential flight departments.
  • Decision-Maker Identification & Roadmapping: Identify and roadmap key decision-makers into the CRM system.
  • Sales Workflow Optimization: Design and implement intuitive and efficient sales workflows within HubSpot.
  • Strategic Thinking and System Building: Act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on HubSpot best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or Specialist
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows for sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports
  • Experience in working with sales teams and understanding their operational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Experience in the aviation or luxury sales industry is a plus, but not required.
