• Define and personally help execute the overall marketing strategy to achieve 100% YoY growth, reporting progress clearly to leadership

VP of Marketing

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded across multiple entities, including multi-currency and international payments
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, processing vendor payments, and handling overdue collections
• Track, reconcile, and categorise expenses and report against budgets
• Process and reconcile global payroll transactions, including salaries, reimbursements, commissions, bonuses, pension contributions, and tax deductions
• Prepare structured, audit-ready financial reports for internal stakeholders, accountants, and external auditors, including insights on budget performance and forecasting
• Prepare and submit required financial statements, including tax filings, VAT returns, and FSQS submissions, in line with government regulations
• Oversee PAYE and P32 reporting and pension administration for UK and EU entities
• Ensure financial policies and frameworks are consistently followed and compliant
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Manage purchase orders for customers and vendors to ensure correct tracking and approvals
• Set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts in payment portals and procurement systems
• Handle customer and vendor queries related to billing, payments, and credit control with professionalism and accuracy
• Own day-to-day financial operations in Xero, including reconciliations, reporting, and controls
• Work with Excel and Google Sheets for analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain organised, audit-ready financial records at all times

Finance Coordinator

Controller

• Own the finance function end to end, including systems, processes, controls, and outputs
• Take responsibility for the current state of the books and lead a full clean-up to audit-ready standards
• Treat finance as a core business function, not a support service
• Personally lead the month-end close process until it is operating smoothly and predictably
• Deliver accurate, timely management accounts with clear explanations of performance versus budget and prior periods
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts, intercompany balances, and cash movements are fully understood and reconciled
• Build and maintain GAAP-compliant accounting across all entities
• Own and rebuild finance processes in Xero, ensuring it is set up correctly and used rigorously
• Define and implement best-practice controls, workflows, and documentation
• Establish audit-ready standards across all entities, at all times
• Improve reporting, automation, and data quality as the business scales
• Own cash flow forecasting with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage treasury activities, including FX exposure and international cash movement
• Provide forward-looking insight to support hiring, investment, and growth decisions
• Ensure smooth delivery of statutory accounts, audits, and tax filings across regions
• Oversee VAT, corporation tax inputs, and R&D tax credit processes
• Ensure compliance with UK, US, and international financial regulations and standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and external advisors
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance Coordinator
• Work side by side with the Coordinator during the clean-up and stabilisation phase
• Set clear expectations, standards, and accountability within the finance function
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the leadership team
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance stakeholders
• Support strategic decision-making as the company continues to grow rapidly

Financial Controller

Customer Success Manager

• Run tailored onboarding sessions that equip new customers to hit the ground running.
• Get hands-on with account setup to make sure everything’s in place for success.
• Act as the strategic point of contact for your named accounts, helping them get the most from Silktide.
• Gain a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges, and use your product knowledge to guide them towards better outcomes.
• Build strong relationships and stay closely engaged so you can spot risks early and keep customers on track.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to flag opportunities for growth, share feedback, and ensure retention stays high.
• Use your downtime to deliver value proactively (think: training, data insights, strategic nudges).
• Answer the occasional support query via Intercom, but this isn’t a tech support role — you’re here to unblock people and keep them moving.

Video Editor

• Build and maintain a video content roadmap aligned to ICPs, buyer stages, and business priorities
• Partner with Product Marketing and Growth to define video themes, formats, distribution plans, and success metrics
• Plan, script, and produce short and long-form video content including product explainers, educational videos, webinars, social clips, and event content
• Turn complex, technical topics into clear, engaging visual stories
• Create customer-focused video content such as case studies, testimonials, and proof points
• Own the end-to-end video workflow from concept to final cut
• Handle filming, editing, captions, and basic motion graphics using modern video tools
• Maintain a repeatable production process that balances quality with speed
• Work with Growth to distribute video across website, email, social, paid campaigns, and sales enablement
• Repurpose video content into clips, thumbnails, landing page assets, and supporting written content
• Optimize videos for discoverability, engagement, and conversion
• Collaborate on landing pages and site experiences where video can improve clarity and conversion
• Support Sales and Customer Success with video assets for demos, onboarding, and education
• Ensure all video content meets accessibility best practices including captions, contrast, and clarity
• Own video voice, tone, and visual consistency across channels
• Track performance across views, engagement, retention, and pipeline influence
• Analyze what works, share insights, and double down on high-performing formats

Content Video Marketing Specialist

Account Executive

• Identify and source potential customers via research, events, inbound leads, and targeted outbound.
• Partner closely with SDRs while also self-sourcing high-quality opportunities.
• Run crisp discovery to uncover real business goals, blockers, and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored virtual or in-person demos that show measurable value, not feature tours.
• Own multiple deals at once across stages, maintaining momentum and clear next steps.
• Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, manage procurement, and negotiate contracts to a clean, timely close.
• Consistently meet or exceed quota with accurate forecasting.
• Act as a consultative partner who maps Silktide’s capabilities to each prospect’s needs and outcomes.
• Translate accessibility, performance, and quality insights into commercial impact.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional customer experience.
• Keep immaculate CRM hygiene—pipeline, activities, and deal notes always up to date.
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, competitors, and market trends to continuously improve win rates.
