Performance Marketing

• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across paid social and paid search
• Stand up and test new channels, audiences, content, and offers across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Own the full campaign lifecycle, including audiences, messaging, landing pages, and follow-up
• Track conversion from top of funnel through onboarding, including CAC and pipeline generated
• Pitch and refine gated content angles using creative perspective and cultural relevance
• Allocate campaign budget based on performance and track tests
• Report on campaign performance and planned changes
• Collaborate with content and design to build campaign assets
• Work with Sales to determine lead and campaign efficacy
• Scale new and existing campaigns to international audiences
• Drive MQLs, MQL quality, and marketing-attributable pipeline
