• SEO and content: SEMrush
• Social and publishing: Buffer, X, Instagram, YouTube
• Email and automation: Mailchimp (legacy), Zapier
• Customer Success: Gainsight
• Build multi-touch attribution across paid, organic, partner, and outbound
• Ship trusted dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot for: Marketing-sourced vs outbound-sourced pipeline
• Funnel conversion by channel (Lead → SQL → Opp → Win)
• Campaign ROI, including CAC, LTV, ROAS
• Design lead scoring in HubSpot
• Automate routing and alerts to SDRs and AEs
• Standardise lifecycle stages for MQL, SQL, and Opportunities
• Run recurring audits for duplicates, incomplete fields, and stale opportunities
• Set and maintain data standards for naming, segmentation, and territories
• Ensure SDR teams have clean, reliable data to prospect effectively
• Align funnel definitions with Marketing and Sales leaders
• Document and enforce lead and opportunity qualification
• Support outbound tooling (dialers, email systems) to maximise productivity

• - Gain a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges, and use your product knowledge to guide them towards better outcomes.

• - Build strong relationships and stay closely engaged so you can spot risks early and keep customers on track.
• - Collaborate closely with Account Managers to flag opportunities for growth, share feedback, and ensure retention stays high.
• Proactive Value & Insight
• - Don’t wait for customers to ask — use your downtime to deliver value proactively (think: training, data insights, strategic nudges).
• - Take initiative to spot where a customer might need help — even if they haven’t realised it yet.
• Support (but not babysitting)
• - You’ll answer the occasional support query via Intercom, but this isn’t a tech support role — you’re here to unblock people and keep them moving.

You’ll be responsible for identifying potential new customers through research, making initial contact, qualifying and generating meetings for your territory Account Executives and assisting with generating pipeline.

Business Operations Manager

• Coach SDRs on prospecting, messaging, cadence-building, and qualification.
• Be accountable for outbound funnel performance from first touch to qualified opportunity, bringing the energy and clarity needed to hit team targets consistently.
• Lead weekly standups, host 1:1s, monitor metrics, and help shape outbound strategy with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.
• Lead by example with hands-on coaching and occasional personal outbound contributions to model excellence.
• Apply a strong understanding of backend data systems that power outbound, including lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and attribution, partnering with RevOps to improve them.
• Have walked the walk as an SDR and outbound leader, and now help others do the same.

Backend Engineer
