About the role
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
- Contact potential customers via phone call
- Build rapport using interpersonal skills
- Generate lead opportunities using secondary research
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure
- Work closely within a small sales & marketing team
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and senior management
- Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels
- Proficient in the use of social media tools
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters in Sales and Marketing
- Fresher or +1 year of sales experience
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
