• You keep our supply chain running, from reordering to on-time delivery: plan and place reorders, monitor inventory, and prevent stockouts and bottlenecks
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics providers (scheduling, shipments, and issue resolution)
• Order processing and coordination to ensure a smooth flow of goods
• Ensure all packages leave our warehouse promptly
• Streamline and accelerate processes using AI tools (including Claude)
