About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You keep our supply chain running, from reordering to on-time delivery: plan and place reorders, monitor inventory, and prevent stockouts and bottlenecks
Communicate with suppliers and logistics providers (scheduling, shipments, and issue resolution)
Order processing and coordination to ensure a smooth flow of goods
Ensure all packages leave our warehouse promptly
Streamline and accelerate processes using AI tools (including Claude)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some experience or a genuine interest in supply chain, operations, logistics, or e-commerce; career starters are welcome
You are highly tech- and AI-savvy and ideally have experience with Claude or similar AI tools
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Fluent German, good numerical skills, and a preference for clear communication
