Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in payroll management (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Silae software
- Ability to explain concepts and train users
- Experience conducting training sessions, workshops, or coaching engagements
- Produce clear materials (procedures, guides, reports)
- Audit and follow-up of client files
