About the role

  • Take ownership of payroll and/or HRIS implementation projects
  • Support clients in implementing payroll and/or an HRIS
  • Perform configuration/parameter settings and execute tests
  • Provide training to clients on product usage

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles (accounting firm)
  • Payroll skills (on Silae)
  • Agile and recognized for logical thinking
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to drive momentum by optimizing management tools for better control of clients' payroll processes
  • Curiosity, team spirit and commitment are necessary assets
