About the role
- Take ownership of payroll and/or HRIS implementation projects
- Support clients in implementing payroll and/or an HRIS
- Perform configuration/parameter settings and execute tests
- Provide training to clients on product usage
- Standardize the writing and entry of configuration parameters across consultants
Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing roles (accounting firm)
- Payroll skills (on Silae)
- Agile and recognized for logical thinking
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to drive momentum by optimizing management tools for better control of clients' payroll processes
- Curiosity, team spirit and commitment are necessary assets
