About the role
- Define and execute the indirect channel strategy
- Recruit, onboard and activate new partners
- Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition for partners
- Create and manage a partner performance framework
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments
Requirements
- Experience in indirect sales or partnerships: 5+ years
- Experience within service-based ecosystems (VARs, BPOs, consulting firms)
- Experience with CRM systems and partner reporting dashboards
- Ability to travel to meet partners
- Languages: Native Spanish, fluent English; French is a plus
