About the role
- Lead the technical direction of AI-powered software projects, from design through production.
- Drive the adoption of AI development tools and practices within your project teams (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Azure AI, AWS AI, and more).
- Define and uphold code quality, architecture standards, and secure development practices.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions.
- Act as a technical sparring partner and mentor for developers on the project.
- Contribute to Siili’s AI-powered software development offering through best practices, blog posts, and internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in custom software development, including the full secure development lifecycle from design to production.
- Strong background in using AI tools in software development like– Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, AWS AI, Claude, or similar.
- Solid understanding of how to leverage AI as part of software solutions.
- Proven ability to take technical ownership and drive delivery quality in a project context.
- Experience in guiding and sparring with other developers on technical matters.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
