About the role

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the new home construction from start to finish
  • Ensure that schedules and budgets are followed
  • Manage the construction of multiple homes in an assigned subdivision from permit to closing
  • Schedule job site subcontractors, homebuyer walk-throughs, and inspections
  • Ensure the work performed meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and specifications
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Maintain open and effective communication with the home office

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years new home building experience preferred
  • Natural born leader of both people and process
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
  • New home construction experience required
