About the role
- Provide system-level support for LFSApps and FMIS financial management information systems
- Maintain system security and perform routine maintenance and security patching
- Host configuration control boards to oversee and document development cycles and system changes
- Manage user support and perform user rights administration and help desk services
- Update and maintain RMF accreditation package and ensure RMF compliance
- Document and track LFSApps process requirements and maintain training materials and user guides
- Execute application modifications and change management to ensure operational continuity, quality, and security
Requirements
- Hybrid position and requires an active Secret Clearance
- Configuration Management & Change Control
- Host Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) experience
- User rights administration, password resets, and troubleshooting
- Help Desk support for approximately 50–100 users weekly during standard working hours (0800–1630 EST)
- Documentation and process tracking to ensure quality of services, continuity of operations, and knowledge retention
- Maintain and update user-level training documentation and reference guides
- Perform routine system maintenance and security patching (front-end and database back-end)
- Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance and updating/maintaining RMF accreditation package annually or as-needed
- Execute system and application enhancements or fixes as directed by system and process owners
