About the role

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and end-users, expertly handling all invoice and payment-related questions via email and phone.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and support debt management activities, including follow-ups on overdue payments in line with internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales and Development teams to ensure a high level of customer service and the smooth delivery of billing processes.
  • Manage key financial tasks including, invoice processing, payment management, refunds, and debt reconciliation.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback and advocate for their needs across departments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively contribute to enhancing and streamlining our company's billing processes.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English (fluency in a second language is a great asset)
  • A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple ongoing tasks
  • A true team player with a client-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping people
