Develop and deliver comprehensive workforce analytics and reporting by integrating data from multiple HR, workforce management, and operational systems
Maintain and continuously improve labor standards, ensuring data compliance and accuracy in workforce planning processes
Utilize advanced analytics tools (SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Excel) to automate reporting workflows and standardize dashboards
Ensure data integrity, quality, and reliability across all workforce datasets and analytics outputs
Act as a subject matter expert in labor analytics and reporting, advising cross-functional teams on data best practices and performance benchmarking
Lead and support technology and process optimization initiatives by implementing, enhancing, and integrating workforce management and HR systems (Reflexis/Workcloud, Kronos/UKG, SAP, Workday)
Define, align, and standardize key people analytics metrics and labor standards in collaboration with WFM, Operations, and Brand Teams
Build strong relationships with cross-brand leadership to understand business goals, deliver presentations, and advise on workforce trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of experience in retail or related field
