About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards & reporting tools using Tableau, Alteryx and Excel
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
- Develop vendor performance dashboards to track payment terms and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support budgeting, forecasting & month-end close processes through financial analysis and reporting
- Develop and automate gross margin analysis, incorporating impacts from tariffs, gold pricing, and sourcing initiatives
- Build financial models, perform data mapping, and conduct scenario analysis to support supply chain and cost optimization initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, sourcing, and supply chain to deliver insights on inventory performance, cost drivers, and profitability
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting, and improve data quality and reporting efficiency
- Provide analytical support for cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc business projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related field with 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics
- Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex data, perform scenario analysis, and translate insights into business recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets) and experience building dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools; as well as familiarity with Alteryx, SQL, Business Objects, or Power BI preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, analysis, and handling sensitive financial data
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships to support shared business objectives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or e-commerce (supporting sourcing or supply chain) preferred
