About the role
- Support Email and SMS programs for Kay, Kay Outlet, and Peoples to drive year-over-year revenue growth and list expansion.
- Contribute to monthly campaign calendar planning and ensure delivery of a cohesive, on-brand customer experience through effective storytelling and structured testing.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop creative briefs and oversee campaign execution, measurement, and performance reporting.
- Maintain CRM governance standards, including pop-up management and email best practices.
- Collaborate with CRM peers to advance a holistic, customer-centric CRM strategy.
- Monitor competitive CRM communications and share insights across Signet brands.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in email planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience in Email and SMS campaign execution, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Familiarity with email builds, deliverability best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proven experience in marketing execution, including email design, segmentation, deployment, and reporting.
- Experience leveraging marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, personalized communications.
- Strong proficiency with channel execution tools (e.g., ESP platforms such as Sailthru, Attentive, Movable Ink).
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to evaluate campaign performance data (e.g., Adobe Analytics), identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and partnering with agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, creative, and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign configuration, QA, and deployment.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
