About the role
- Connect with customers: You will interact with customers via chat, text messages, and phone calls, either in real time or through scheduled appointments.
- Provide expert advice on products and services, including style consultations and personalized shopping experiences.

- Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
