Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for customer unification and profile management initiatives in partnership with marketing and digital/IT teams.
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap creation for customer unification initiatives.
Capture and translate business needs into detailed product and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
Regularly engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to communicate product strategies, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and technology partners to explore and integrate solutions that support customer data unification and profile management.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success and impact on business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
5-7 years of relevant work experience in customer and digital strategy or digital servicing
Proven experience in a product management role, focusing on customer data management or related fields.
Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and profile management solutions.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into strategic product roadmaps and actionable tasks.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
