• Prospecting: Engage with leads through targeted campaigns (emails, social selling, events, calls, etc.) to establish contact and schedule meetings.
• Qualification: Understand and qualify the needs of prospects to ensure a fit with our solutions.
• Collaboration: Transfer relevant information to the Account Executives for closing new business deals.
• CRM Management: Track and monitor performance using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.
• Feedback: Help improve SDR team processes.
• Reporting: Report on your activities and results to your manager.
• Data Monitoring: Analyze lead performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on key KPIs.
