About the role
- Work with clients from initial conversations to go-live, ensuring platform configuration delivers measurable value
- Take ownership of technical design and configuration of new client solutions during onboarding
- Configure and optimise the platform for client objectives, including multi-workspace deployments
- Deliver training to ensure clients can use the solution confidently
- Build relationships with clients for a positive onboarding experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, or Technical Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with AI, data analytics, media intelligence, or BI/dashboard platforms
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and BI/visualisation tools
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple projects
- Proactive, collaborative approach across teams
