About the role
- Identify, approach, and onboard FX, fintech, and financial services companies as exhibitors and sponsors.
- Sell exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and tailored branding solutions across SiGMA events.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat participation across multiple events.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communication, and contracts using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and events to ensure seamless exhibitor delivery.
- Attend international SiGMA events to meet clients, support on-site sales, and represent the Group.
- Monitor market trends within FX, fintech, and financial services to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience within events, exhibitions, iGaming, FX, fintech, or financial services is considered an asset.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently for global events.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
