Data Engineer

• Oversee data engineering, reporting, development and delivery of hosted and cloud-based solutions which are secure, performant and scalable.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to prepare and deliver complex data sets that meet business needs.
• Participate in Information Technology strategic, budgeting and project planning functions.
• Defines standards, procedures, and methodologies to ensure the security, integrity, resiliency, scalability and performance of enterprise data resources.
• Lead DE support, maintenance and change management activities including service levels, efficacy reviews and task/resource scheduling.
• Evaluate and adopt third party tools, add-ons, and interfaces that strengthen our product suite or operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of evolving technology, standards and engineering practices that embrace security, quality and automation.
• Participate in proactive assessments, lifecycle and capacity management/planning, business continuity and disaster recovery to maintain service levels.
• Participate in maintaining system standards, information security, Incident Response and Disaster Recovery plans that adhere to regulatory requirements working within industry standards and the enterprise security posture.
