Business Development Rep

• Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by follow-ups on initial contacts and nurture long-term prospects
• Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
• Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine sales tactics and product development
• Maintain a well-organized, updated pipeline of prospects and current clients in CRM and other prospecting tools
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
