Account Manager

• The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for managing the customer/category day to day operations for their account base
• Deliver “best in class” sales and profitability targets
• Foster an environment that generates breakthrough ideas and leads a collaborative organization
• Execute commercial driven strategies for their customers
• Utilize leading edge data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and customer trends to maximize sales and profits
• Lead category insight and strategic design for the Category Managers/ Buyers at these accounts
• Develop initiatives and strategies that will grow the retailer’s category and overall business
• Understand the retailer’s needs, strategies, and objectives
• Build and deliver retailer specific presentations for Line Reviews, Programs, Mid-Season updates
• Maximize product availability in channels of distribution consistent with brand strategy
