About the role

  • Bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the World: empower every business to build a world-class AI agent that represents its identity and brand
  • Solve for the Customer: serve multiple stakeholders (end users, CX managers, and developers) and address their unique needs
  • Innovate: discover new tools and processes for building AI Agents and lead 0–1 product work
  • Collaborate: partner closely with engineering, design, leadership, and the entire company to define and build cohesive experiences
  • Advise: become a trusted and strategic advisor to customers alongside sales, go-to-market, and forward-deployed teams
  • End-to-End Ownership: lead the product through all stages from concept to execution in close collaboration with cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product, engineering or related field, with background leading products from ideation to launch
  • Passion for deeply understanding user needs and finding the right solutions from first principles; ability to operate in high ambiguity and build new, 0–1 bets
  • Excellent collaboration skills; experience working closely with engineering, design, customers, leadership, and cross-functional partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems, concepts and decisions to various stakeholders
  • Strong values alignment with Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family
  • Adaptability and resilience; comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and handling ambiguity
  • (Even better) Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces
