About the role

  • Manage the full lifecycle of our internship recruitment process
  • Specialize in identifying and attracting top student talent from universities nationwide
  • Develop and implement campus-specific recruitment strategies to attract high-potential student talent

Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
  • Typically 2+ years of related experience
  • Possesses recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business groups operations and basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies
  • Able to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline
  • Ability to promote strategic ideas and works closely with business leadership to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand
  • Experience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
