Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of an IT team
Coordinate between IT functional areas, stakeholders, and customers
Manage project scopes and maintain deliverables within defined cost, schedule, and quality variances
Provide resource estimates and maintain visibility on team resource availability
Ensure the team is well-trained, high-performing, and motivated
Manage incident tickets and their related triage
Translate business and functional requirements to create developer ready user stories
Facilitate user acceptance testing including the creation of user acceptance test cases
Document, formulate, communicate/present data usage as-is and to-be processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years of IT experience
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications
Proven experience in project management within IT
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, or similar certifications (preferred)
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry (preferred)
