About the role

  • support the business objectives at SNC
  • responsible for total Program Integration Management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development
  • portfolio leader of other Program and/or Project Managers
  • responsible for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting
  • supervise the work of program and project staff
  • participate in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities
  • responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved
  • conduct routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field
  • Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in DoD-related project or program management with U.S. military and/or Government agencies
  • Typically 5+ years leading large scale projects; scope spanning multiple years, while leading teams made up of 10+ cross functional members
  • Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes
  • Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes
  • Experience with managing multiple large-scale projects, or portfolio of projects up to a large independent program
  • Experience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes
  • Proficient leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
