• Siepe is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer - Financials to drive the evolution of our document processing pipeline—an integral part of our Financial Intelligence Platform. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions for automated financial document analysis, data extraction, and regulatory reporting for investment management firms.
• This next-generation pipeline ingests, interprets, and transforms complex financial documents—including financial statements, annual reports, and regulatory filings—using a combination of advanced OCR, large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, and workflow automation. It bridges unstructured document formats with structured financial data, enabling institutional clients to unlock real-time insights from regulatory and investor communications.
