About the role

  • Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and solution design for prospective clients.
  • Configure and deliver tailored demos that highlight Siepe’s platform, workflows, and integrations.
  • Translate business, operational, and reporting requirements into clear technical scope and documentation.
  • Identify data sources, integration points, and dependencies across client systems.
  • Act as the technical liaison between clients, Product, and Implementation teams.
  • Support pricing, timelines, and feasibility assessments during the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, due diligence, and complex deal support.
  • Capture recurring requirements to inform product enhancements and scalable standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investment operations, data flows, and front-to-back workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system designs.
  • Proficiency with SQL, data mapping, and API-based integrations preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
