About the role

  • Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems
  • Overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
  • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
  • Interprets customers’ needs and assists in and facilitates resolution regardless of whose job the responsibility falls under.
  • Installs and upgrades equipment, ensuring that customer’s equipment operates properly.
  • Advise customers on the ordering of spare parts or on service requests such as emergency and contractual services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years related experience or Associates or bachelor’s degree in related program preferred
  • Knowledge of and professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering
  • RF Energy producing devices and electronic cooling systems.
  • Proficient in the use of Test Equipment for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.
  • Basic networking skills in order to integrate the machine onto the customer server
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
