About the role
- Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across multiple modalities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, facilities teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal Siemens partners
- Support revenue generation by partnering with customers to develop pre-construction plans, cost estimates, schedules, and project strategies
- Monitor construction progress and proactively coordinate resolution of issues
- Manage delivery and installation activities against mutually agreed schedules
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on scope, complexity, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to validate measurements, review construction readiness, confirm technical requirements, and assess project risk
- Communicate project status, schedule changes, and scope updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments
- Ability to read and interpret construction and blueprint drawings
- Working knowledge of construction disciplines including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with customers and cross-functional partners
- Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned area in California and surrounding states as needed (up to 75% travel)
- Project management experience in healthcare or regulated construction environments (preferred)
- Exposure to imaging, medical equipment, or technical installations (preferred)
- CAD knowledge or experience working with technical drawings and layouts (preferred)
- Experience supporting ground-up hospital or research facility projects (preferred)
