About the role
- Responsible for managing construction projects as the site manager, including contract administration and cost accountability
- Support sales teams in tendering processes with a focus on construction and planning
- Responsible for planning services for both internal and external clients
- Primary contact for subcontractor management
- Responsible for risk management and for preparing construction proposals in collaboration with sales and subcontractors
Requirements
- Degree in a construction-related field (e.g., architecture, civil/structural engineering) or equivalent vocational training
- Extensive professional experience as a construction/site manager or site planner with a focus on construction tendering processes
- Experience implementing shielding (e.g., radiation shielding) requirements in the context of medical-technology oncology products is an advantage
- Customer-focused, independent working style combined with strong organizational skills
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel regularly; mainly within Germany
