About the role

  • Own the global marketing strategy and lifecycle management of the laboratory automation portfolio.
  • Lead structured insight generation across stakeholders to inform portfolio strategy, value propositions, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Define competitive positioning and commercial differentiation through deep analysis of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Partner with R&D, systems, informatics, medical, and operations teams to translate market needs into clear product requirements.
  • Develop and execute global marketing and launch strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or strategy within medical devices or diagnostics; laboratory automation experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading global teams and influencing stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience across commercial operations, product development, and global product launches.
  • Deep knowledge of Core Lab Diagnostics with a track record of driving portfolio and measurable business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
