💰 $54,500 - $78,000 per year

About the role

  • All activities related to the execution of Diagnostics (DX) sales and service contracts, including entering orders into SAP, creating and maintaining contracts
  • Oversee all DX sales and service contracts
  • Perform all activities related to time-and-materials billing
  • Manage shipments and billing of instruments and accessories
  • Oversee all supply renewals and expiration notifications to customers
  • Bill cost-per-result
  • Ship and transfer Siemens Healthineers assets to customers
  • Complete charge sheets, pricing documents and reports
  • Respond to general customer inquiries
  • Participate in sales review meetings
  • Contribute to project audits
  • Digitize and automate all processes
  • Manage ad hoc requests

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration and customer billing
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to be flexible while handling multiple concurrent daily tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Access, and the MS Office 365 suite
