About the role
- start-up and calibrate MR System installations
- provide expert level installation support to field service organization
- keep installation projects on schedule while assuring quality
- evaluate room layout and installation quality of mechanical install vendors
- troubleshoot and correct vendor and factory errors
- travel with customer-facing stakeholders or visit on-site at Siemens Healthineers locations
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience
- experience with MR installation and service preferred
- ability to travel overnight 100% of the time
- superb customer and communication skills
- organized, self-sufficient and capable of working with little or no supervision
- thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area
- valid drivers’ license
