About the role
- Manages projects in the context with full responsibility for the results
- Drives the development of products, solutions and/or services that are right on time and competitive in the marketplace
- Drives research that ensures Siemens' technological lead position
- Work with a cross functional team to define and manage medical software development project plans that adhere to SHS’s product design and development procedures
- Create/collaborate on applicable project documents (i.e. design & development plan, risk management plan etc.)
- Track, report and analyze overall project progress and other metrics
- Work with other project managers globally to recommend or implement process quality improvements.
- Perform all required management responsibilities, including working with other project managers globally to recommend or implement process quality improvements and related Tooling and implementing the company's policies, programs, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3-8 years of related experience or Master’s / PhD Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
- Proficient in technical writing
- Utilizing business tools such as Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com/MS Project, Tempus, etc.
- Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
- Working knowledge of MS Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps and JAMA will be an asset.
