- Analyze key performance indicators and develop optimization concepts
- Prepare financial analyses and reports independently
- Conduct variance analyses and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities
- Introduce a framework for sustainable productivity controlling within the organization
- Actively contribute to special projects within the EMEA region
- Promote knowledge sharing and carry out ad-hoc analyses
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Several years of relevant experience in Business Performance Controlling or related functions
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses
- Strong knowledge of balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP and BI systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Jedox)
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
