About the role
- You will be servicing DX Equipment in the Tacoma or Olympia, WA area.
- Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites.
- Delivering timely and effective repairs.
- Adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance.
- Managing financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
- Managing company assets such as a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
- Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
- Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs, walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.
