About the role

  • Assist in executing SIEG’s digital strategy, ensuring the brand connects with accountants and business owners in a relevant way aligned with the company’s purpose. Propose daily content ideas for social networks (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Blog, Facebook, and YouTube) that drive engagement, increase brand authority/relevance, and generate business opportunities for the commercial team.
  • Operational management of social networks: propose daily content ideas for social channels and handle the operational tasks such as scheduling, reposts, captions, and publications.
  • Content creation and management: support the development of copy, static graphics, and basic video creation and editing when the content is casual/audience-focused audiovisual. Research top trends, references, and market insights to suggest/filter/select high-performing social content.
  • Strategy support: assist in building the editorial line for content and actively participate in shaping the strategic calendar. Attend brainstorming sessions and provide recommendations for optimal posting (best days, times, seasonal dates, and other variables that contribute to post performance).
  • Analysis and results: monitor engagement metrics and regularly quantify post performance. Deliver simple weekly and monthly reports and propose improvements based on results.
  • Technical and operational support for special campaigns: assist in developing creatives for paid traffic campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activities. Support live events such as lives, webinars, and other live and/or recorded broadcasts. Provide full social media coverage with photos and videos at sponsored events and/or SIEG’s own events.

Requirements

  • Currently studying: Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a social media professional.
  • Basic Office suite skills and familiarity with photo and video editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
