About the role
- Centralize, organize, and maintain all creative assets (visuals, videos, templates, brand materials, corporate presentations), ensuring they are up to date, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Establish and enforce creative standards, processes, and workflows to support scalability and efficiency.
- Act as the guardian of brand visual identity across all channels and markets.
- Stay ahead of design trends, SaaS marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
- Create the production of high-quality assets to support all external and internal marketing and communication activities, including:
- Landing pages, microsites, interactive content experiences.
- Videos and motion graphics.
- Visual assets for events and tradeshows.
- Print and digital collateral such as ads, brochures, posters, fliers, and signage.
- Prepare, package, and deliver final artwork files for both digital and print production, ensuring all technical and quality requirements are met. Oversee vendor coordination for printed materials.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback and direction from senior stakeholders, marketing managers, and project owners.
- Leverage modern creative tools and AI-powered technologies to accelerate production while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Manage priorities effectively to deliver high-quality work on time while protecting focus from disruptive ad hoc requests.
- Apply strong project management discipline to plan, track, and execute creative work across multiple campaigns and timelines.
- Partner closely with the Marketing and Communication teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling creative assets.
- Support go-to-market initiatives with clear, consistent, and impactful creative execution.
- Act as a trusted creative advisor to stakeholders across the marketing organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Creative Lead, Designer, or similar role within B2B tech or SaaS in a fully or primarily English-speaking environment.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong expertise in modern creative technologies, including design, video, motion, and digital production tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in using AI tools to create, enhance, or scale visual content.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Experience with video creation, editing, and production.
- Skilled in HTML/CSS and modern web frameworks.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with consistently polished, professional, and brand-aligned output.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
- A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent corporate design experience.
