About the role
- Partner with our Customer Success, Marketing, and BPO teams.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels to identify top talent.
- Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews.
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-performing sales professionals.
- Ensure that all candidates will have a Best-in-Class experience with Sidetrade, by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance.
- Advise them on the best hiring strategy and talent pool.
- Always help us to improve by sharing your experience and best practices.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team when they need you and of course they will be there for you!
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting within SaaS Software companies, via an agency or in-house recruitment team.
- An enthusiastic person, strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance indicators.
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ideally need to speak English and French fluently
