About the role

Serve and provide support to members and cooperatives on products involving foreign exchange (FX) operations and international trade.
Monitor members' journey with empathy and take responsibility for completing processes.
Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics.
Previous experience in the financial market is desirable.
Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent tasks are essential.
