About the role
- Administer and monitor the benefits provided: medical and dental plans, meal/food allowances, transportation, private pension plan, among others, ensuring correct operation with vendors.
- Manage enrollment, termination and employee record changes, as well as billing reconciliation and benefits control.
- Provide support and guidance to employees, answering questions and assisting in resolving benefits-related requests.
- Monitor and propose improvements to area routines, manage vendor relationships and negotiations, and track quality, cost and service-level indicators.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing and administering corporate benefits;
- Preferably experience in vendor relationship management and support with benefits contract administration;
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with HR and/or benefits management systems;
- Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
