Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or Java and experience with AI/ML libraries.
- Experience in NLP, computer vision, and generative AI projects, using Agents, LLMs, RAG and protocols (MCP and A2A).
- Mastery of software engineering best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud services for deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.
- Ability to document and communicate technical decisions and present results to business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
- Capacity to lead technical initiatives and mentor less experienced professionals.
- Continuous interest in new trends and emerging technologies in the AI field.
- Strong collaboration and interaction with diverse areas.
- Ability to define standards and review solutions with a focus on technical excellence.
