About the role

  • Provide specialized technical support to Sicredi System entities and partner companies, seeking solutions to meet product and service requests (with a focus on negotiation and contracting of insurance);
  • Assist in the implementation of action plans aimed at adopting corrective measures;
  • Prepare technical analyses and opinions, including the development of technical manuals and documents in Online Support;
  • Develop support materials.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge and experience in Rural and Agricultural insurance;
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities;
  • Communicative, interactive and proactive profile; curious and eager to learn new things;
  • Good organizational skills.
