About the role

  • Provide specialized technical support to entities within the Sicredi system and partner companies, aiming to resolve requests related to products and services (with a focus on negotiation and contracting of insurance).
  • Assist in implementing action plans aimed at adopting corrective measures.
  • Prepare technical analyses and opinions, including development of technical manuals and documentation in the Online Support system.
  • Create support materials.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge and experience in Rural and Agricultural insurance.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Communicative, interactive, proactive and curious; eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills.
