About the role
- Responsible for leading the service operations of the Consortium Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
- Will define and execute strategy, manage people and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of journeys.

- Develop and update long-term strategies to sustain competitive advantage.
- Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
- Lead teams, promoting continuous development, diversity and high performance.
- Act as a mentor and coach for coordinators and direct reports.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure financial efficiency and manage contracts.
- Champion service best practices and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
- Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential network of contacts.
- Promote automation and digitalization of processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work on improving both the employee and member journeys.
- Identify and address opportunities to improve journeys, reducing friction and questions while increasing satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
- Specialization / MBA.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience (including management).
- Basic English.
- Experience in people management and leadership.

- Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
- Technologies, innovation and agile methodologies.
- Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
