About the role

  • Carry out all stages of the recruitment and selection processes, from identifying the candidate profile with the hiring manager, posting vacancies, screening resumes, interviewing, administering tests and assessments, through to hiring candidates.
  • Identify and select recruitment channels and analyze candidate pipelines to improve selection accuracy.
  • Advise managers on opening vacancies and conducting selection processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of attraction and sourcing processes, recommending market best practices to the CAS team when necessary.
  • Operate and monitor SGP routines, ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate.
  • Consolidate and analyze People and Culture metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support development, engagement and organizational culture initiatives aligned with the company's purpose and values.
  • Propose improvements to internal processes, focusing on efficiency and operational quality.

Requirements

  • University degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields.
  • Prior experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Knowledge of People and Culture processes and routines, labor legislation, and HR metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of the cooperative business model is desirable.
